J&D Carpentry services are a Norwich based company who operate across East Anglia.
We are BM Trada Q-Mark accredited, specialising in the surveying, maintenance and installation of both timber and steel fire doors.
Fire doors are key components in the passive fire protection of a building. Correctly specified, installed, and maintained fire doors play a major role in keeping both building and occupant safe.
Safety, Training & Accreditations
All J&D Carpentry service's operatives hold valid CSCS cards relevant to their trade. In addition to this, all fire door operatives have been extensively trained to work on fire doors ensuring all procedures and regulations are adhered to.
Other safety training we have received include Asbestos awareness, First aid, Working at height, manual handling, PASMA, CDM & Supervisory training.
J&D Carpentry Services also holds Constructionline Gold and Safe Contractor accreditations, construction industry recognised safety assessment schemes.
Many Years' Experience
J&D Carpentry Services LTD was founded in 2014 by Directors Justin & Daniel. Building off many years of experience within the construction industry.
We have extensive experience working in a variety of commercial & Domestic environments including apartment blocks, schools & universities, factories, train stations, offices, gas plants, labourites, and NHS settings such as hospitals and surgeries.
As result of this we understand the service we provide can require a tailored and accommodating approach, fitting in around the day-to-day activities of any particular building.
Whether you require a single flat entrance door replaced or 500 doors installed in an accommodation building, we’re here to assist with your fire door needs.
How Can We Help?
Alongside our fire door maintenance service, we also carry out decorating and electrical work related to fire door installation.
In addition to fire doors our services also include other types of carpentry such as timber frame construction, roofs, stairs, joists, and flooring, cladding and kitchens.
What’s more, we conduct first and second fits in commercial buildings, shop refits and office space alterations and refurbishment.
